Yes, that is the best way, don't try to search for new members. Just play, if needed, just u in the clan. Evolve in a good RS player and n00bs and other will start joining. Then ur a bit a team, train hard, and other ppl will join too. Then you have grown a bit and all of a sudden you'll actually recruit some1 better then u are. And not on a Rap!d way. be urself, and hopefully ur cool by nature, even if u try 2 fake it, ppl will find out on the long term. So just be cool, let urself be heard tho and wait. And never stop playing, and be online alot. That's all I did. (offcourse I started off with MacMan too, so it's ez for me 2 say)
