dfa was beating +MOD+ 2-1
then they chose the night battle map wich has 20 craters in it
one of our guys went in a crater and they didnt complain when they were wining. we came back and won the match. and now they are saying we glitched

Ok.  Firstly this has absolutly nothing to do with BT's. It is though, unbeliveably bad timing. And im sure lots of guys who have nothing better to do will now accuss MOD off being this cheep clan who is just looking to try accus other clans of cheeting. Excuss my french but that is Bull Sh*t. Believe me I have much better things to do.
 Now as far as i am aware the entire community of DAMN and GR is against Cheeting... Or so it should be anway. In the last weeks months several events have come to light which led mauti to have to address the sudden spur of problems with mods and 'cheets'. And mauti i hope im not getting this wrong, but you have classified Glitching as Cheating....
I have just had a problem in a cb.... I belive i was shot through glitching (sniper in crater) and so asked for the replay to check. i said that i was unsure but i felt that i had maybe just witnessed glitching and wanted to check... so we did..
Now how do i know what turns out to be a glitch or not?? As far as i am aware mauti you are the only guy who has an objective enough view to do so... So what happens? I have talked in depth with Legolas (who seems to be the only DFA in the cb who dosn't act like a 8year old) and we both looked at the replays, and dedicded to put the cb on ice untill we could  clear things up.
So... Mauti i was asked by the clan to send the replay to you. sorry that this shit happens. And id love to know how exactly we decide what is considerd a glitch and what isn't... And how do we avoid the flaming insults that occurs if it is brought up?  

Another thing. During the aftermath of this event several DFA members changed their names to exact replica's of MOD members , including myself. Am i not wrong or is inpersonating another GR member not breaking GR rules?

oh btw sar... i'll keep this brief. but firstly as soon as i died i typed oncreen the fact that i was worried that a glitch has just occured. I think i even have a screen shot of it... I wasted no time in letting you guys that i was worried that i felt somthing might not be right... And the fact that we picked a map with craters dosn't mean that its fine to glitch! (not saying that this was a 100% glitch until i understand from mauti exactly how to decide what is and isn't!)

it seems everyone has a problem with +MOD+ cheating
we did not use glitches. its cheating to say we did and re-do the match when we won fair and square. for example....its glitching to hide behind sharp objects. u hid behind the sharp edged wall on red aquare and popped your head out. i was on single fire and shot u at least 8 times..... and didnt wound u
so i guess u glitched too.
accusing us of glitching when we didnt and were gonna win is  a pretty sad thing to do.we arnt that much of noobs

lol SAR, plz, stop this lying out ure ass.  First off we caught you glitching and that is why we stopped the game.  If we cheated, you certainly had no issue until this point was brought up about ure guy glitching.  Second off The game before the glitching occurred was 1-1.  We played Red Square, Castle (Day), then Night Battle.  I cannot believe that you are saying that we were at 2-1 before this started.  What was the other map then SAR?  We picked Red Square, you picked Castle (Day), then we picked night battle.  Plz dont lie about this cause it only makes u look more like an ass.  Now as for the glitching.  Again look at the replay of it.  You're guy was completely glitching.  I am not sure you even know what glitching means because you are seriously in denial.
      With the BTs glitch I can agree in the end that it is highly probable that Lone Wolf did not know.  Looking over the replay over, and over, and over, and over, and over, it is very possible that he did not know that he was glitching and therefore agree if they do not to count the cb if BTs agrees to this conclusion.  We will just redo the cb sometime in the future.  Plus the fact that Eight and everyone agreed that it was a glitch but also stated that it was unknown to the glitcher that he was glitching.  Because so many people agree with that conclusion outside of the clans involved I believe that it was the case, and will state it right now.  And I do apologise to BTs (Except Dragon) for saying that it was intentional.  If I make a mistake I admit it and I apologise for that.
     SAR you should not be the leader of DFA if you do not know what a glitch is.  I mean it is so obvious that he was ditch glitching on the map.  And that is no excuse just because a map has craters in it that you glitch in them.  I mean come on man!  That is just bullshit.  SAR I have never known such a whiny bitch in my life about a game.  Sorry to say this but you and Shasta should seriously not be leaders of ure clan.  If you cant even get the score right when we only played 2 maps before this glitch how can u lead a clan.  I mean seriously u need to learn how to freaking count man =).  Defending ure clan is one thing but lying is completely out of the question.  That just makes ure clan look bad.  But if you think we cheat, then tell me one time where we did in a cb against you?  It wont happen cause we caught you on this, so now u are making up all this shit about us cause we called you on it, and this time we stopped the CB entirely until this can be resolved.  Mauti has been sent the footage and he can judge for himself weather you're team was glitching or not.  
    It's just too bad that you cannot be like you're other General for the clan Legolas.  He was pissed at first but was able to talk rationally about this.  You have a lot to learn from him.  In either case plz dont lie on the forum anymore.  it's very unbecoming.
    If this was an accident like with the BTs one all ya had to do was just say it was unintentional and most likely we would have taken the round over, but instead you had to start a flame war about how we were all lying and full of shit and that u didnt cheat nor glitch when we have the freaking footage man.   Trust me, I didnt want to go through this crap again, especially posting this stuff on here starting another flame war, but u pushed us to this because u could not listen to reason.  SAR, we never had a problem before, but now that we caught this, you have accused us of everything under the sun, plus even going so far as to impersonate our guys online and in the Bar and Grill saying shit that we did not say.  And yes I have SS's on that as well.  Because of this total lack of either knowledge of what glitching is, or the simple fact that you denied this wholeheartidly, it is my personal opinion that this CB count as a 6-0 win for MOD.  And DFA be temp banned from the BL for 30 days for the glitch they say never happened, except Legolas, who didnt admiit either way to glitching but didnt make a complete ass of himself about the whole scenario.  SAR and Shasta, you 2 need to seriously grow up and learn the rules if you are to lead a clan on Battle League.  Very unprofessional.
     Again I hate the fact of a win like this but it does say in the rules, Plus it will teach a lesson to DFA to not glitch in a cb.

   To reply to SAR, to be honest I dont even know if I should to this cause it is so preposterous.  The whole time we tried to discuss it with him he acted like a complete 12 year old.  Not only was it unprofessional but disgusting as well.  Not only did ya freak out, you were to the point of not even being objective about anything.  This is the conversation we had with SAR in the CB room.  Also notice that DFA Bear was also imitating one of our guys skillz trying to make it look like we agreed to their bullshit.  Which is also against Gameranger agreement policy.  Another proof showing that DFA dosent read the rules, which has also been reported to Gameranger for breach of contract.

Alright guys stop with this childish chatwars.

I reviewed the replay and Legolas clearly used the crater glitch. He wasn't under fire so it probably wouldn't have changed the outcome but on the other hand it is well known that you can't get hit in craters. However I don't think he glitched with purpose.

As a consequence I came to the same conclusion as in the BT - Mod issue. You remove the score of the game in question and replay the game with the same number of players, on the same server with the same team settings. Only players can be subbed if you don't have the same players online.

You have time until 28th may 2003 12:00am CET to replay the game and finish the cb. If you don't do so I'll set up a date.

If you can't agree to a date you can use the BL final challenge mode.

the only guy i saw glitching in MOD was Dragon and he was kicked off MOD , it was long time ago(some months)
MOD is a serious clan and cool peeps to play
BFG is a very mature person
About DFA:
My team played em its look like they ENJOY to use a glitch in Castle day or having tea in a crater
anyway why  guys  impersonating clan players are not banned  ?

For me its look like any assholes in this league can use glitch, fnv, modded skins what ever and there is no big sanction about it

Hope Evill and Mauti gona save this league with a strong anti cheat plug in game ranger

Thanks Horda, I really think that this is a maturity issue.  Those who friviously cheat cannot be mature enough to play honestly, I really hope this anti-cheat mod comes out, then we will know who we thought was good but now turned into unskilled player because they can't win w/o cheating.

Well Mauti, you were there when we asked SAR in you're room to finish the cb.  They agreed to the CB.  Then they told us afterwards outside of the game that in 1 hour they would be ready.  So we waited for the 1 hour as agreed upon and well, nothing.  Of course SAR banned me from talking to him, so I couldnt talk to him myself.  Although none of my guys could talk to the leader of DFA (SAR) because he went into a game after my guy kuba asked him why they were dodging us to finish the cb.  Well, we then tried to enter the game, but the game was passworded so we could not enter.  
    Mauti, you were there when SAR himself agreed to finish the game.  At an hours time they had 5 players online to finish the CB.  It was SAR, Legolas, Gunsniper, Shasta, and Bigtex.  This is crap, if they wearnt gonna cb us then SAR should have just said no.  I mean we had till the 28th to finish this.  We finally have all the original members online.  All my guys were all emailed to be online and our guys all showed up for this.  Now they are seriously dodging us.  II am afraid that this is not gonna happen.  U wanted all the original players to play this cb and we had them on with their guys as well.  It seems that SAR does not want to do this, so plz advise on what we should do.
    We do have till the 28th, but I just want to make sure that in the 5 vs 5 game that at least four of the palyers on each team are the same as before.  We had that, now I am not sure we can get all our guys on again.  Plz advise.

Hmm, we just found out that the private game that they were in wasnt just practice but a cb with blr.  Now this is just crap Mauti, they agreed to a cb with us then all the sudden backed out and played blr.  This is totally uncalled for.  First they were caught cheating, now they are dodging us when all we are doing is trying to settle this.  Way unprofessional.

Ok. Earlier today we set a date and time to complete the unfinnished CB with [DFA] - the agreement was made in a room hosted by DAMN - and mauti among others was there to see it!  However things have not gone to plan..
The time has been, gone and passed us by. Origanally apparently they couldn't cb due to lack of members, then it was becasue they were practising... and then it appears that actually they were cbing bLr.  
I have just spoken to sar, legolas, and shasta and we still appear to have one or two problems. legolas appears to still belive that he didn't glitch and appears to belive that we falsly accussed them of glitching... correct me if im wrong but it would have been wise to look on the forum and read mauti's responce to the problem...

So If DFA are not accepting the desision made by u mauti, and are refusing to finnish the clan battle - including breaking an agreed time that was set...

Due to the reasons listed above, I am assuming that DFA are forfieting the cb.... If this is not actually the case perhaps a member of DFA would like to enlighten myself or saberian, it would be very much appreciated :D

Earlier today you might remember while in the damn room one of our members arranged a time to finnish the Cb with DFA and MOD.. it was arranged to take place from one hour of that time....
DFA failed to turn up, failed to give a reason, and won't even talk about finnishing the cb now.

Legolas even still appears to belive that he didn't glitch... despite your desision.

IF DFA are simply going to refuse to complete the cb what are we to do? Im assuming that by failing to turn up at the agreed date/time...  They are simply forfeiting the cb? we want to finnish this cb, but they seem to have issues, and are continuing to insult and abuse our clan members. Firstly wanted to thank you for you vote of confidence :D We've missed u guys on gameranger. And I have many fond memories of playing u guys last season - we had some great games together, not to mention the longest Clan battle in history ;)

We are also desperatly hoping for a strong anti cheet patch to be released. I cannot and willnot ever be able to understand how guys are so willing to rip the thing they love to pieces. I feel that in its current state the BL and general playing of GhR on the web is doomed. More and more people seem to think that it is acceptable to cheet. And more and more feel that if others cheet then they might as well.

Mauti i wish you and evil had a very large magic wand... I can't belive that anything short of a minor miricle can sort things out now.  :o

ok listen....i schedualed the cb for an hour later. but my guys didnt know i was in a hurry. i had to leave. so seeing as my guys didnt know they started a cb with another clan and i couldnt take em out of that cb...and after that cb was over my guys were tired and 2 had to leave
so bfg...just relax a bit..there is plenty of time to cb

Ok SAR, it can always happen.  It just seemed very odd that first off you were in the command bunker instead of the Bar and Grill, where almost all known clans are.  Second off, you had 5 guys on and we asked you about it, then you just left GR.  Five min later you were back on and again my guys asked you about it and you just said u were busy and went into a locked game.  What are we supposed to think SAR?  You told us in 1 hour and we had our guys there to finish the game that we previously started.  Another thing that is odd is that you didnt tell them before, cmon, u had like 1 hour to do so SAR.  It just seems odd that you are the leader, you were on the whole time, and you couldnt reach one of your players before they started a cb when we had already schedualed one an hour previous in front of Mauti of all places.  Plz.  This is getting old.  We posted this cause we also had one of our guys go into one of you're games and all your guys did was talk trash about us and say to us why u wearnt gonna cb us cause we accused u of cheating when you say u didnt.  Which ya did if ya read Mauti's post about it.  But that is a mute point to the fact you basically refused the cb after we had planned it on the time u had set for it.  
     Now it is going to be hard to get our guys together again because of ure issue of cbing other clans when you said u would cb us first.  so now we have an issue.  If you didnt want to cb all ya had to do was say no.  again it is correct that we have till the 27th, but we wanted this over with now, and you had agreed.  Plus ure clan mates already said that u were not gonna cb us in their game that they hosted on Gameranger.  That is why BFG wrote what he did.

can we just cb on saturday some time, i think it will be fine, i don't wanna sound stupid or anything, but i was high that day, and i don't have time to waste always ya know, anyway, i agree now that we should just start the cb over, starting at 1-1 with the same players is like doing the cb over, i say we set a date tommorow and play it, if not, i won't disagree, because i know what i did was COMPLETELY wrong, sorry for the Dr. NO impersonation, i was just really pissed off about the cb, it would have been a very nice match, anyway, i only have 1 request for the cb, DON'T  PICK NIGHTBATTLE, and if you do, don't b**** about it..

Yep I was there but there isn't a rule yet that you have to play at an agreed time except in the finals. I gonna update the rules once again so an set time counts as cb.

I case u have not noticed, but with all this training in settling disputes in this leauge, you can easly apply for the UN. They are in a mess right now and need some help. Just mentioning it in case you might one day want 2 enlarge your professional horizons and it seams that kofi has met his limits!

since you failed to continue the cb within the given time I#ll set up a time.

Friday, 30th may 2003: 11:00pm CET - that's 5:00pm New York Time The rules are the Final Challenge Rule. You have to continue the cb with the same amount of players, last settings,... as the cb would have never stopped! If one team fails to show up within 15minutes after the set time the other team gets the win(if online with the required amount of players). If both fail to show up the cb will be nullified.

Don't forget to make a screenshot if the other team doesn't show up where I can clearly see that enough players are online and your comp's time.

I SWEAR DFA DOES NOT CHEAT AT ALL. now i dont know if legolas glitched or not but i told my guys to saty away from craers and sharp edged object if that makes you happy. if we have anything to do with cheating it is us getting cheated by tribe for example. GUNsniper said he was afk when they told us what to do (im not saying he is telling the truth or anything) but i believe him. anyway we didnt play on any night maps. we played on embassy, castle, training and train wreck. i strongly dont think we deserve to lose 6-0. but whats done is done. im over it now. i just wanted to say we 100% dont cheat. thats why we have 30 losses now (go ahead laugh.)
