As for AK and their proof Bondo.. I have a couple screen shots to show you if you want to see them.  It has nothing to do with breaking the rules... but has them talking about using you and pulling one over on you.  

Part of that problem is that most people don't think to take screen shots... a word is good enough for them.  With Rapid, he plays with words so much that he takes them all the time.  And every time someone has a screen shot of him talking smack.. he just cries fake... (while he is the "artist").  

As for Nixon, I'll still wait until I hear his side of it... but if he didn't, he should have talked to the other admins first.

Grifter there is nothing Nixon to say to back up the fact that he EJECTED us from BL that us absolutely unacceptable.  If bondo is going to take shit for deciding to ban us or not then nixon should get it 10x worse for not only saying BUT DOING.  I wanted to stay out of the forums but now I have to come back in and defend AK.  This is absolute shit that we were ejected from BL I expect a full punishment especially since the fact we did nothing and have only been improving our attitude.

Honestly... if Nixon did this all on his own you'll hear my voice (well, read my words) damning him for it.... I'm just in no hurry to overlook the CF thing just to get to the Nixon thing.... they are seperate incidents and the one should not be forgotten for the other.  My point about Nixon's punishment was sarcasim intended to point out that Nixon's actions and the reversal of them don't constitute punishment for an offense against CF.

Gorf you newbie, Ak isn't the only clan to have threads complaining about them.  DisneY, KoS, and many many more have as well.  KoS for example was involved in a battle ducking thing a few months ago.  Just like the AK stuff, who knows if it is true or not but to single out AK is naive.

Holy shit, I look away from the forums for a few days and all hell breaks loose.

The only reason I would see AK getting tossed is if they violated their zero-tolerance barrier but I would like both sides to explain themselves.

I like KoS, they are good people, I also beat KoS in a CB (albeit R6 and it was a tight one).  I was just saying that just because there is a message saying that a clan is doing something wrong doesn't mean they are actually doing something wrong.  And Gorf, you don't have all the information that I do about AK so you wouldn't know that they are being falsely accused left and right and no wonder as everyone seems to think the admins will boot them after any whiff of trouble.

Ok, out of 30 battles probably 10 have had complaints about them, 4 made by AK that were true, 3 made against them that were false and only 3 that were made against them and true or by them and false.  So only 10% of the battles have had something of more concern.  Out of those, none was something that directly affected the CB.  Two of them were Typhy lying (the current thing plus his "brother" playing).  I'd say that the whole AK thing has been smoke with others in the cloud trying to start a fire by making false complaints or doing something to get AK to complain.  Still, they now are on the spot and need to take the proper action.

Bondo, let's not forget the one where Rapid lied and Typhy told the truth initially.

When I read this thread, I almost started to cry. I can't believe the number of problems AK has. I just don't get it....how the hell does one little clan (well, ok about 35 members isn't exactly little, but you get the point) get involved in so many petty feuds? Hmm not being around GR anymore kind of keeps me out of the loop and I really dont care to read all 4 pages of posts.  The only thing I can say is put something about AK in the topic and you get 200 replies in about 15 minutes.....Sorry I am just bored and felt like adding to this mess.

Hmm i dont agree they should of been punished not the way they have done though. Mb you should keep them i the BL and punish another way. Eg. knock points off.

Umm, rapid, u might want to look into some therapy like gorf said.  I'm afraid i never made any accusations of u cheating and as for my flaming?  what flaming?  did i flame?  u seem to be the only one "flaming", if u try hard enough, u might be able to light the "ban wagon" on fire ;D ;D
