No, this thread isn't about AK or Rapid. ?Indeed we have found the second person who will likely be punished in the way Romulus was. ?That person is Nixon. ?He abused his power to delete AK from the RS ladder and he will have to take his punishment.

In related news, Nixon is a member of DisneY, I have my own proof of that now and it doesn't hit me as a surprise that DisneY is the clan that benefited from Nixon's abuse. ?Anyway, would it be too much to ask that you now shun Nixon just like we all shunned Rommy?  You guys should also probably apologize for the harsh things some of you called Rapid in response to his post about Nixon being biased as it has become shockingly true.

Hmmmm..... since I judged Rapid on my experience with him, and not Nixon's... I chose to still think he's an asshole.  Sorry.

As for the Nixon v Rapid thing, they were both right and both wrong (as they chose to send me screenshots that agreed with each other... from their points of view... Since Nixon had Rapid on ignore... they both saw it differently.

As for shunning Nixon... well, most people here kept giving Rom second (40th) chances... so, while I agree that removing a team from the ladder without talking to his fellow admins was a very dumbass thing to do...  before I shun him, I'd rater hear from him.  Also, I still see no reason why Nixon being in Disney should matter.  He isn't taking a side in a CB issue... is he?  Sounded more like he was taking a side in the AK mess that's been going on.  The reason I don't think that it matters is, being in SWAT or being out of SWAT, I still think guys like Cow and Kilzo are great, while thinking guys like Rapid are dumbasses.

So, I'm holding off for the "right to face his accusers" part of this when Nixon says his piece.

About Nixon being in Disney here's what happened.
Disney Snow White was on and saying he was Nixon so I said if you are Nixon why aren't you on my buddy list (where Nixon sat not online).  What do you know but Snow White left and immediately Nixon came on.  Then Nixon said that he was in Disney.  I'd say that is significant proof.

Well, I warned Nixon we were on to him, and the night he pulled that Nixon/DisneY move, I was there and so was Bondo hanging out in the Bar & Grill. ?I was happy because finally Someone in Bondo's position had a chance to see with his own 2 eyes, Nixon in Action. ?Not only did he claim he was DisneY, but after Nixon got fed up on a couple of guyz in the Bar & Grill for calling DisneYs shemales, he left and immediately came back as DisneY Snow White talking about "I heard you boys were talking about us so I showed up". ?This happened literally within :05 seconds (Him leaving and coming back as Snow White). ?I have been doubted forever, but I am happy to see that a real Moderator saw everything with his own 2 eyes, rather than looking at SS's or taking someone's word. ?Like I said before, Nixon has gone past the point of no return and I will be happy to have him on ignore. As for grifter, I will live and let live. ?His opinion is his own and at least he's not acting like Nixon trying to get us Booted or deleting us from the BL ladder. ?To all that fell for Nixon's ways, I feel bad that you were deceived in such matter. ?Hopefully this will teach all of the consequences for taking such big steps as deleting a whole clan from a ladder without grounds or confirmation of other Moderators. ?May all learn a lesson. ?Good to know that we won't have a Moderator like Nixon in these forums again. ?We will continue to play the game and have fun in an orderly matter. ?Sorry for those of you that experienced the fed up Rapid in these forums 2 months ago. ?Frustration can blind one from the way he acts. ?And believe me, I was totally frustrated with Nixon and his threats and abuse. ?Now, it's a new BL to deal with and see smooth sailing ahead. ?

As for Nixon, I haven't really followed this, but I always remembered Nixon as being juvenile and generally annoying back in the day. It wouldn't surprise me if he hasn't changed.

Yes he is Ace, he is somehow spewing that AK is deleted because of Rapid, it isn't, it is because of Nixon that AK is deleted.  Rapid has been essentially a model BL member since the last problems a few weeks ago and he still is.  The latest problem was to do with Typhy and had nothing to do with Rapid and Gorf still thinks it is worth ripping Rapid for.  Gorf has acted in a completely immature manner ever since his CB with AK and IMO is on shakier ground that Rapid in terms of respect.

The thing about Typhy falling down the ladder three times, I didn't worry about that because stupidity is funny and in that case wasn't really something to be concerned about.  But no, I didn't believe the brother thing for a second and that put Typhy in my suspicious book.  I honestly haven't seen somthing about Rapid that is clearly cheating or lying when it comes to the BL.  He may be crafty in tricking people with his screenshots but nothing against the rules.  Typhy on the other hand now has two strikes against him with this one being significant.

It's sad to see that all the Evidence brought forward against Nixon was discredited. ?We had like 2 or 3 People completely ignore all the hard evidence Bondo collected in which he made his motion on. ?While Nixon NEVER showed his case in here to show he wasn't guilty(impossible cuz he was), he was also treated as if he did nothing wrong. ?It is sad that Nixon said he talks to Mauti on the phone and can have him listen to him and make him disregard any stuff I say, and then it happens and it's true. ?While it was obvious Nixon is biased and tampers with |?K|'s score in a malicious way and constantly, I now see that he is allowed to act like this. ?He is encouraged to act like this, and that really disgusts me. ?Especially when someone like Bondo, a respected *DAMN, brings forward a solid case with solid evidence, and it gets disregarded...

1), Mauti never gave Nixon a warning... and Mauti would be the only one that could... Bondo is not over Nixon... they are peers.

2) You don't know what Mauti based his decision on.. but trust me when I say that Mauti is the most respected here.  You'd be well advised not to disrespect him.  Since Mauti is the leader of DAMN... I think the subject is best closed now.

3) Half the things stated like Nixon being in DisneY have absolutely no bearing on anything except your opinion of him.  So I never saw this overwehlming evidence that you keep speaking of.... I don't think anyone but Bondo did.

Now please do me a favor and don't twist my words to mean different than what they are. ?I respect Mauti and his clan more than ANY other clan around and have been happy to actually interact with some of *DAMN's members and seen they were a pleasure to interact with. ?Ask Postal Worker, ask Bondo, ask Zak(exMember). ?Lay off instigating something that isn't(I can almost bet he will attack this and say otherwise after I just put this).

It was a warning, not an accusation.  Anyone that disagrees with you seems to be your target.  I was pointing out that it would be a huge mistake, not instigating.  Oh, and the "they" and "their" in your post must have been referring to Mauti, since his is the only way that was had.  Personally, I hadn't made up my mind on Nixon yet when Mauti came back...  so stop pretending to know my feelings.  Hell, I don't even know Nixon (as I've said many times).



I looked at it.... it just has nothing to do with what pissed me off..  the point that was pissing me off is no, Nixon wasn't being given the time....  Bondo was saying that he wouldn't stand for it from day one.. that wasn't playing fair, and that's what I objected to.  Also, I don't care what Nixon's posts said, I could delete your babble with the same excuse and most would agree with me for it... but that wouldn't make it right.  And it wasn't right for Bondo to do it either.



Take your own advise there Rapid.. instead of insisting that I am for Nixon because I was very pissed about how Bondo was reacting, try to read that it's not a two dimensional world.  I  can believe that OJ is guilty too and still be for evidence being thrown out for mishandling, can't I?  And notice that even Mauti didn't agree with Bondo 100%... that should tell you why I didn't just believe it...

Last two notes... I'm glad to prove you wrong yet again in your statement that I'd twist your words...  but you are wrong often.

And, just once you should recognize that I even suggested a less harsh punishment over the typhy thing... but it wasn't my choice.  You only chose to see that which fit's your argument, and ignore all other facts.... that is the reason that you piss me off.
