At least, I've never heard of an ISP causing online games to crash. Lag and disconnects -yes, but not crashing of comptuers. If you're using a PC, that's probably the root cause. At this point, I would warm up the old hate-mail generator and aim it at Billy G.
My philosophy for windows problems is: RRT, Reboot, Re-install, Try Again. Beyond that, I don't really have much advice other than: "Buy a Mac." If your getting a complete droped connection, just make sure you don't have AOL broadband. If not call your isp, dsl can be a whore sometimes. My isp is a complete whore, but we've put to much time and money into getting the service to work that it would cost alot to switch. sadly there are only 3 dsl providers in seattle, and the only one in my neighbor hood is qwest (shitty one)

This happens in every game and whenever im doing anything on the net. it just stops every once in a while and then starts again. and i have my pc hooked up to the same connection as on the mac and theyre both doing the same thing. theres a firewall through the router but i dont know anything about the ports.
