*DAMN R6 Forum

I just got banned for no reason.  I was hosting a game, then i closed the game to find out ihad been perma banned.  Has this happened to anyone else?

W0rd to that dude!!!! I threw mister evill a pitty party and he banned me. What a cock smoker. Its only a 2 day ban though. It must be that time of the month for evill, or hes got something crammed up his ass

yeah i did also, but a permabann, did you do something very badd? or was it the idle room incident? Anyhow i admit that it was a dumb thing to get involved in, i didn't start the idea to make the idle rooms. but i got the 7 day bann  :( . oh well, last tie i do something stupid like that

My ban went down to like 2 days.  But still that didnt deserve such a harsh punishment

Well, Evill admitted to me that he reads these forums.

Anyway, our words here aren't beyond his scrutiny it appears.  Personally I don't know why Scott thinks I've said something that deserved him telling me to fuck off but...I've pretty much said that his only real problem is that his bannings are often longer than need be.

And as for Evill reading here, yeah, he's even posted here in the past.  On the Romeo / Juliet / Peekay thing if you recall.

And Bondo, anyone that has read your posts has plenty of reason to tell you to "fuck off".  Anyone that thinks mass murder is a good thing deserves much more then that.

You know there's a GR rule against offensive nicknames.  Maybe Evill just happened to notice that your clan name was "CUNT"

That would be my guess anyway, although the idle rooms were really annoying back when I was playing on GR.

Here's the story, about ten people, mostly (uNts started up locked idle games.  So Evill after some futher provocation banned about three of them for 2 days and gave jeb a week for being the mastermind (or so Evill thought).

Loudnotes, the clan name (unt is regulated by the swearing filter, so all you 11 year olds just see "......"

Anyhow the more details over it,basicaly 10 people opened game chat rooms, i got banned for a week because a someone told evill that i "started it."

so you got banned for starting a chat room and locking it...
is that the whole story here, or am i missing something here...

hey heres a thought, why doesnt evill himself come in and tell us why he banned them
i'm shure if he had a good enough reason then we all wouldnt jump on him, would we now...

Why were you guys all opening idle, locked, chat games?

Heh, they were doing it to piss Scott off I believe ;)  Mission accomplished.  But I don't think the individual act would be banned, I think the having 10 at once is what did it.

I'm sure that the more open rooms he has (idle or not) effects the overall performance of his system.  Each room probably reserves a block of memory, etc.  So opening rooms just to idle could be seen in his eyes just like that clown that had 1000 people on his ignore list and bombed the system...

Just a thought.  Although, I still say that Evill should explain himself somewhere, if for nothing else, so that people don't repeat ths same dumb mistakes (it helps if we know what people did wrong afterall...).

Asterax, the reason I'm not afraid to "bash" Evill here is because I just speak my point of view without any malice (I don't think that Evill is evil... just that he could do a few things better).  If he chooses to take issue with my statements, he's free to debate them with me... if he decides to ban me because of them (which I doubt would ever happen) then I'd just deal with that (which is easy enough to do).

In my mind, I didnt do what I did with any specific intent of pissing off Mr. Kevill.  If anything I just wanted to see if it could be done.  What can I say, we were bored.  Oh well.  After I closed my idle room, I didnt say anything at Evill to provoke him, I just got my 2 day ban.  I read Evill say "You've been warned."  But I want to know how I had been warned.  My ban came as a suprise to me.

anyhow, it wasn't to piss evill off, it was to simply do it after all our combined bordom. and as far as system preformance grift, it was at 12am this morning, there were just 22 game rooms open i see 40+ open during the afternoon. and yes we just opened the rooms, and got banned, we said nothing to provoke evill, i said i was sorry to him, and he told me to Fuck Off. then i got a 7 day bann

Wait we got warnings? I didn't know that, perhaps it was because i was actually idle when he sent the message

What if...Evill warned Jebedia, then when everyone did it, it was Jeb's second warning, whether he knew it or not, and everyone else's first warning, and the first warning is a two day ban, and the second warning is a seven day ban. Sorry for my idiotic use of commas, but eh, whaddya gonna do? Anyway just a thought

Evill would never post on these forums except in cases of extreme necessity (Romeo/Juliet/Peekay attempting to hack the GR server). If you are looking for an explanation from the arrogant one, don't expect one anytime soon.

You and most of the other people who post here nowadays...Romeo/juliet/peekay was the original dumbass (we are talking pre-Romulus here). He though he was smart so one day he attempted to hack the GR servers...of course he was caught and perma-banned. ROmeo/etc. tried to make his case on these forums saying that it was all a misunderstanding and what not and that is when Evill posted for the first and last time on ths forums saying his side of the story.

There is no missunderstanding when i got banned, however the chat log sugests that he simply banned a few people who had idle games, black magic and Dvs didn't get banned for some reason. we didn't break any warnings given by him, he just banned a couple

and a funny thing assassin, bondo came into the B&G in gr, and evill seemed to show indication that he reads the forums, at least he said that he sees the shit that bondo posts in here ?;D.

i don't really care, i'd like to put this incident behind me and go back to being a average GR user

Also Evill said i got a week due to my previous crap, i don't remember anything i've done previous to that, other than a few chat and caps lock banns.

I don't doubt that he reads these forums because for nearly two years, R6 and RS have been by far the most widely played games on GR...I am sure he wants to keep tabs on the R6/RS gaming community at large.

making my last post easier to find is one reason I use color... not the first one though. ?One of the old vets (a vet to me at the time) was bitching because Mauti had upgraded the forums and could use color and other markups... and nobody used them at all. ?So I did it in one of my next posts. ?Noticed how much easier it was to find, then picked a color.

Why purple... if you look back you'll find someone that really bitched about the color purple being gay....
