To get text under your name you go to Profile, and then you will see an option saying "Personal text", it's right above where you select your picture, that is the text that goes under your picture on the left hand side of your screen.

what i'm actually trying to day is that we should live as if that moment was the only moment that we had to exist. therrefore, you should make the best of it. you cannot change the past, so what is the point of dwelling on it too long? the future is one big 'what if' that depends on many other factors and people. we only have the ability to affect the now and we should use that abillity to maximum effect i fully support planning for ones future. with out planning, all the moments from then to now would be wasted on 'i coulda'/'i shoulda'/'i woulda' type thoughts i guess the key to the whole thing is that you should live for, not in, the moment. living in the moment is random, unprodictable, and possibly dangerous. to live for the moment is to chreish it, value it, and to the most you can with it.
