Title: Retiring for good Post by: jn.wrath on July 02, 2002, 08:29:18 pm Yo, just dropping everyone a note that I'm leaving the forum, I don't have the time to keep up with everything going on, my computer sure can't keep up with all the new games, so I guess I'm just gonna drop around GR every once in awhile.
I hope to talk to most of you sooner or later. Mauti, please remove me as a moderator. Thanks to all the smart people that made this place worth going to. Cya Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Grifter on July 02, 2002, 10:26:32 pm whatever you do Wrathy... Don't be a stranger.

Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: jn.loudnotes on July 03, 2002, 11:52:46 am yes! I have my own inside joke to add:
electronicjo is teh devil!!!!!!! Well...we'll miss you wrath. Anyway, you'll probably be in and out like I have been. But be sure to retire each time you leave. It gives a nice dramatic flair - I'm up to 3 retirements already. Would you like me to announce your retirement on the main page? 8) Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: [[EUR]] HoloGram on July 04, 2002, 01:25:36 pm Oh no.
An other friend is leaving. He left not only the r6 scene now he is also leaving the forum. I will miss u Wrath and those days when we had our first games, and our most: When GR was down for almost 2 or tree weeks. I still hope to see u sometimes, or to meet u on GR. Good Look Wrath and stay cool. Holo Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: PsYcO aSsAsSiN on July 04, 2002, 01:38:31 pm I agree with just about everything that has been said here. So all that is left to be said by me is good-bye:
wrath of the eternal swarm wrath of the (insert cereal here) wrath wrathy That is all the names I could think of off the top of my head. ;D P.S. ELECTRONICJO IS TEH DEVIL!!!!!!!!!!!! Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: [[EUR]] HoloGram on July 04, 2002, 01:46:18 pm Yea, but i think he had some more Nicks, but i dunno remember the rest. ;D
Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: jn.wrath on July 04, 2002, 06:08:26 pm BTW: retiring is a really dumb thing to announce to everyone.
wrath of the templar Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: jn.loudnotes on July 04, 2002, 10:59:36 pm I agree...the only possible reason for doing it is to maintain some connection with the group, since you value the comments they make on your perceived exit.

Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Brain on July 07, 2002, 07:05:30 pm again i quote some famous dead guy
never give power to those who ask Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: †FiRE Infection on July 07, 2002, 11:02:06 pm Quote again i quote some famous dead guy never give power to those who ask Shush up Brain..stop trying to get your post count higher by saying things about me. I have offered help before and it was a simple question. It's not like I would abuse my power as you would to get your outrageous post count even higher ;D Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Brain on July 07, 2002, 11:33:29 pm actually. it's not you that i have a problem with, infact i think that i said the exact tsame thing when voodoo asked to become a mod.
it's just my standard response, no harm, no mistrust, and no hard fealings infact i would like to become a mod too, i'm just afraid of what grifter and ace would do to my posts.... i make myself look bad enough without any help from those two princes among men. Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: †FiRE Infection on July 08, 2002, 12:05:12 am Fine sorry...I was looking for a response from a moderator or somebody like Mauti anyway ;)
Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Brain on July 08, 2002, 07:47:36 am and thanks alot for the quick demo guys, because i know for a fact you modified it.
i would have said smartasses Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Ace on July 08, 2002, 07:40:09 pm Hate to break it to you Brain, but I didn't touch your post. Maybe Mr. Petting Zoo over there did though.
As for a new mod, I think we are fine for now. GRIFT and I get along well (well as well as an Irishman and a Scotsboy can). If we need a new one, Mauti and we would probably completely ignore any pleading you make, so don't even bother. Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Brain on July 08, 2002, 07:43:43 pm well i figured it was gifter, i just wanted to cover all the bases
and who was pleading? shure as hell wasnt me... Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Grifter on July 08, 2002, 08:02:26 pm Scottsboy Junior?? Someone is just upset that Woot got to modify that post before his Irish ass did... then again, I am too.. Brain was begging for it.
Way to go Woot! Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Ace on July 08, 2002, 08:07:57 pm Woot? Was that meant to be the most bastardize version of "w0tt" I could ever imagine?
Title: Re: Retiring for good Post by: Brain on July 08, 2002, 08:16:12 pm i wasnt begging, i was baiting
you think that i didn't realize that was an open invitation? how dumb can you be if you didnt think i expected it to happen? certianly not if you have a massive iq like everyone claimed to have... |
