Well, thats what I am experiancing with the TAC mod. Coco has kept all of the uni's secret until today. I think he slipped up. He sent me a SS of one of the new features in this mod, but what interested me was the Moded Character model and Uni. I'll give you a hint of sorts. Those Federal guys must be hitting the gym ;D
