Post by: StainedLamb on May 05, 2002, 07:54:52 pm yeh about the RDG : SV mod i just recemtly DL'ed it and why is it that i cant host a game with it? the green arow doesnt light up for me to go..? has any body experienced this yet? i asked a fe otehr peeps playin on the zone if they had it and asked them to host it to but yet agian they were not able to press the green arrow ether...are u able to solve my problem? or is it just the few of us that arnt don it right.... thanks for your time

Post by: MuleSkinner on May 19, 2002, 02:48:37 pm Well, I have to say This is the first time i have been stumped as far issues with Mods, Ive ben waiting for RDG's Sulking Viper for some time now, I To have an Issue with MP gaming w/Sulking Viper. Thats not even the worst of it.When i first Installed the Mod i Played it in Single Player with No problems, then i jumped on Gamespy and attempted to play MP, No Green Arrow so i couldnt advance. so i tried again in Single player Mode and it worked Fine. So then i tried to play a MP game without any mod active and i couldnt even play MP, the screen was just black, so i used ctrl-alt-delete to view the status and it read Roguespear not responding, and waited a lil longer and found WinMgmt(windows Management) in the Programs List. My RS and My Covert Ops worked fine MP but UO was DEAD. So i decided to reinstall all three games minus the mod, and still my UO would not load in MP mode. Since i believe that a file within Windows/WBEM was causing MP failure for UO i decided to reinstall Windows, after i reinstalled Windows MP UO worked again. Thinking a Simple Mod couldnt cause this i reinstalled the long anticipated Mod. Again No Green arrow, and again My UO unplayable in MP mode. I really dont want to reinstall Windows again, so if someone someone may have the answer i'ed like to get some help. Using WinMe...

Post by: Cobra6 on May 19, 2002, 06:59:29 pm I had this problem with my very first mod in UO. I looked through the mod and I found a file missing. This file belongs in the "kit" folder in the RDG main folder. D/L from here and tell me if it works.
