Hello All,
Since we shouldn't be using the drop box to post comments, I figured to make a thread for them here. ?This way, they won't get deleted and people can follow the threads a bit better. ?I'm also reposting a comment I just put in the drop box, as Ass(assin)'s comments make it look like everyone was whinning about the standings.  I figure there will be other comments to be made as well.

A little bitter there Ass(assin)? ?Sounds like it. ?For the record, I never said anyone was cheated.. only that I was confused.  I also said that the one win that wasn't allowed to SWAT was no big deal, and wouldn't make a difference in the long run anyway.  That the good clans will end up on top no matter what.  But I was CONFUSED as to why some counted and others didn't (especially in light of what had happened in the past).  I also said that if we can lose months of CB's from the first ladder, then I didn't see where Ultimo's suggestion was so off base.  I find it mildly insulting that you said my posts were stupid.  I do think that it's a closed issue, and time to move on.  

BTW, RESET, not RESETTED. ?The ladder was reset.

After talking with Grift and Wrath I realized it wouldn't be so bad to reset the league (they are very persuasive) And maybe, just maybe, resetting the league will give clans more of an insentive to CB. Cause it would get boring to keep CBing the same clans over and over again to gain rank in the league. Don't question my logic ;D ;D ;D , I am tired... goin to bed.

never ment to imply that about you grifter (who is always correcting my grammar  ;) ). I made the statement in response to what Wrath posted. Sounded like an accusation, and no, I am not bitter in the least bit, just i would appreciate it if people would tell me stuff before they run off and protect themselves in the forums.

No worries, and sorry for the reaction.  You were reacting to Wrath, and I was reacting to you (thinking your reaction to Wrath was actually a reaction to my posts).  So, sorry for the overall confusion.  It's all in the past anyway, so now we can talk about the next issue with the clan ladder.... which is:

OK, sometimes a point just doesn't seem to get across.... so I'm gong to forego all the obvious mocks to try and make it crystal clear.

The reason that I started this thread was so that these messages WOULD NOT BE DELETED.  If I've said it once, I've said it a dozen times (and Yeah, I just counted 14 including private messages).  There is no reason to delete messages here!  There are no posts talking about warez or being offensive or spamming.... every post here is pretty much belongs.  This is a bullitin board type system, not an e-mail system.  I understand the need to keep the drop box clean and uncluttered, which is why I started this thread.  However, I do not see any need to start removing posts just because they are stupid.  Hell, with that in mind, Rom's post count would drop to around 20 (ok, so one little mock).  A good example.... Rom, you said you were going to lock down one of the topics last week because it was played out.... the very next day (after I talked you out of it) Ultimo made a very on topic post.  There is no reason to delete or lock 99.9% of the threads (or posts) here.  

Seriously, if posts continue getting deleted in the Battle League Forum, I'll just post all topics to the General Gossip Forum where they won't be on topic, but they will be there to read and respond to (and they won't be deleted just because they CAN be).

on a side note, since i have really been in a rom-bashing mood lately, has anyone else noticed how rom doesnt post much in general gossip anymore... i think the battle league is the warm blanket of moderatorship that he refuses to leave for the big bad world of general gossip where he knows he will get called for his fuck ups

1) Before you act like an ass, discuss it with Ultimo and I. Your own personal decision to not include SMF is odd because that does not follow the trend of Ultimo letting in two person clans.

2) If you are going to spend any "quality time online" for your "staff position," forget about the battle league for now and make a decent fucking mod review. The one i just read about bootcamp sucks cock.

While I personally  disagree with allowing 2 man clans in the league, I have to agree with Ultimo's logic about the "if they can fight they should be in." I must say that Rom deleting a clan from the league and receiving mysterious emails puzzles me. Rom, do not abuse your powers anymore because the way you use it I find irritating, and I will not hesitate to request your removal if you do not consult with both Ultimo and i regarding league decisions...that is why there are 3 admins, not one dictator.

Reason: Cuz Alex in their clan is in my clan! I had to talk to him, and as it turns out, its his brother in AOK, and Alex in CIA... They replyed saying that they want out.

Rom is extremly stupid. I mean he deleted Deadeye's post about how his clan cheats, which everyone knows it true, based upon how he deleted it since he didn't want everyone to know.

Ok, a couple quick questions for the battle league admins.

1) I see FBI and D|F have both joined the battle league.  Since FBI was CIA, and D|F is Romulu's new clan... I would have expected a little more commentary on them joining the league (seeing as Rom / CIA was given the boot).  I'm not trying to start anything, I'm just wondering why nothing was said about it.

2)  did the rankings change?  I notice a clan that has won less clan battles, but has more overall games won has moved above us on the ladder.  I thought that games won was the second criteria looked at, after CB's won?

Thank you for your comments, they make perfect sense, however D|F is not Romulus's new clan, the leader of D|F is actually |*BADBOY*| and only has a few ex cia's. Also i belive it would be wrong to not let in fbi because most of them are ex-cia's that hate rom, and hate what he did to cia.

I want to fix the problem with games won compared to clan battles won, however it is impossible to do so. Elandrion set up the script that way, and there is no way i can change it. The only thing i do is add in the stats and hit "submit"  :). Sorry i cant change it, but i will try and bring it up to Elandrion the next time i see him.

Like I said, I have nothing against those clans being in the BL... just thought it deserved more comment (besides the "FBI has joined the Battle League").

As for the other.. no rush.  I was just wondering if the setup had changed... if it was an error.. or if anyone had ever noticed.

Ultimo - j00 are wrong. I founded Delta Force. BadBoy is using my Clan's name and tag. It's not right that two clans can have the same tags, but only one (THE NEWER!) can be allowed into the League. My clan was founded in the last week of September (about the 25th...)..

Ok, now I know there is something wrong with the scripts for the clan ladder.... It's showing EsF is ranked 1st..... when they should be tied for 3rd... seeing as KoS is still undefeated in RS.  Not a huge deal, considering that Mauti is off in the Army and can't fix it.... just one of those little annoying things.

yea... i really hate it.... althought we beat esf last night and we are now 14-0 and retained the #1 position.
