Title: ichat AV 3 Benchmarks
Post by: .vooDoo. on May 04, 2005, 07:06:28 pm
Has anyone tested the new multiple audio connection in ichat AV 3 yet. Im wondering if its client to server connectioins cutting down on bandwith consumption. I think it supports up to 10 connections. Let me know if you and your clan has tried that VoIP yet.

This is a bit off topic but still concerns iChat, I just didn't want to start a new thread.  I just found out that with iChat in Tiger, you can only video conference with more than 1 person is you have a G5, is this correct?

That would seriously piss me off, b/c I've been waiting for the new iChat for a while so I can take advantage of the multiple video conferencing, and I am only sporting a PB G4, this would suck if I can't take advantage of this feature on my PB.

thanks Civic, that was fast service.... ;D  But I have to say that I am a little disappointed, b/c now I can't host a multiple person video conf. only participate in it.  I have a G4 PB 1.25 GHz, this sucks...but at least I can participate  ???  thnx again.
