I've always wanted to see the SAS raid on the Iranian embassy in London done properly...

And incidentally, an Afghanistan map has just been released on @war, with unis by Coco himself...

Oh - then how were you planning to make mods, if I might ask? The tools only work on a PC.

But Operation Anaconda is an easy conversion job with Virtual PC - and it works perfectly. I'm sure Mauti will have it posted in no time, but I'll drop him a note that I've done it.

now call me sick minded, but i want a school map. A good one. A map of an entire high school or something, possibly including a field area (for sniping). I mean, sure, blah blah blah, school shootings (no offense meant to anyone), blah blah blah, but still. This is a practical situation to have a swat team at, and would fit right in for coop play (save the hostages).

i agree, a school map would be sweet, i mean not to be politicaly incorrect. But RS is a game based on Real world situations, and school are a viable situation.

any one go to a good(for a map)multi story highschool?
if so get som copies of the plans so  we can use those to make the map
i would but my high school would be horrible
there was one long ass hallway where if anyone tried to get past it thet could get capped by  someone camping at either end, not to mension that it was a one story building

My old hs would work well... its 3 stories with ahell of alot of rooms, a library, 2 gyms, a quad, and a sports feild.

Not enough maps of Banks and those are about as real life as it gets! ?Would someone be interested in doing a BANK map and if so can someone help find some floorplans and/or 3d maps of it!? ?

Also a map of an MTV Spring Break with a bunch of hos with some terrorists coming in trying to take over the airwaves and you had to take them out before they aired on National TV 8) ?There would be porta-poties and stages and hos runnin around and TV trailer trucks and lots of spots to hide and snipe and assault spots where only close combat could kill. ?That way once built, it has the best of both game styles. ?One to think about ;) .....

i know that this was mensioned earilier but i think we should do a mod on rs players

we could include a short bio (age, favored alter ego, favored loadout), date started playing, a small blurb on ?their play style (rusher, sniper, nader, camper etc.) their aproximate skill level (good, better, best, elite), and date they retired


also, we could send in height and weight info so we could make more accurate player models(if that is even feasable)

i don't know a 3d modler alive who i'd allow to modle my sexy body. A easy way to pick the people to use, if it ever happens, would be to take a equal amount from the major clans

i was thinking something along the lines of a clan base color set, and then each player has a variant, such as extermly camoflagued, or ultra light, or walking tank or heavy in front, light in rear(for rushers)
heck, that could be a whole other mod

I don't think you can do the weight, and make it look like that... only the height, but I had problems adding a 6ft. clan member to the clan mod because his head wouldn't fit into the door thingee in bunkers, he had to crouch through, and his head was half an inch below the doorway, looked real weird...
Height is easy... I can't remember the actual sum I worked out for making the height... and I only do characters, I decided doing skins was too damned difficult, I doubt anyone would trust me with making them into characters anyway, so thats sweet, can concerntrate on making Laykun a character now  ;)
