Title: HELP: HTML form Post by: Croosch on June 13, 2005, 09:09:50 am Call me stupid... I don't know exactly what it's called, but would anybody be willing to give me a step-by-step on how to create a form for a website in html and have the information sent to an email? like some clan applications.

Or just look it up in the thick book that comes with the legit copy of Dreamweaver.
