Title: Got this friday! Post by: AMBROSE on August 17, 2003, 04:42:14 am After a long arguement on the phone with PNY due to a faulty graphcs card... they decided not only to send me a new card but the 5600 as an apology. Assholes... I spent three days screaming at those idiots! I said "Either you send me a fixed card or a check so I can go and buy a new one! They gave me the extention and email of their supervisor... I left several messages and it took three f*ckin' days for thim to call back! Bullsh*t! It had been three weeks since they said they would send me an email with a trcaking # for the fixed card! NOTHING!!!! So I call them, lay down the law, and they updated my card to the 5600. The day the supervisor called me, the day I got my tracking # for my 5600. HA!!!
