I can moderate if you want..i posted in the "password section" in gerneral gossip...but i'm not sure if you'll get it. I say elites of both games RS/R6, and well respected people. Post count on these forms should not matter, b/c of spammers. And if ppl want it to the "black ops" section, they have to show us that they are respected and not ignorant. 1 strike and your out on these forums. b/c the less the more ppl with influence post on the noob topics, the more it will go away.
