I've got 3dsmax4 to make RS maps
I just need some help
I guess I'd be the 3D designer for the map becuase I have 3dsmax4
I need
- A coder
- An Helper

hi!
I think ive got the same problem as u, so im not of much use2u,though id like2do everything myself(making a map). Im able to build 3D with Caligari True Space and 3Dstudio max. But i dont know how to convert or whatever the map i can build in with these programs so they can be played.
Can anyone tell me how i can make the map i made in a 3D drawing program to work in RS?Ive red the entire mod making totorial so i know a bit what to with the codes and stuff.

Well first you need the Rogue Spear3D Studio Max plug ins to export your map for RS. You can download these plug ins on RedStorm's website. There is also a 21MB large DivX tutorial that introduces you how to make  a map playable in RS.  If you want to know how to make the single player missions I suggest to download a custom map and open the mission, text, interface, splash.... files. I think if you see the files you will get an idea what you have to do.
