I get this message while in user settings
Clan Settings:         

        You are currently in no Clan!         

        Registration has been suspended until next season, according to the BL Rules.

application to join a clan should work now. maybe you tried it too early.

Ive, I've updated your settings, so your now on the {E} Roster and it shows your in {E} in your user settings too.
