Did you get your register email? In this email you gonna find a link to activate your account.

At all currently the *DBL 2.0 is under development and will replace the current system. You will be able to move your personal account to the new system. However you probably have to readd your clan, so at all you may should create your clan once the *DBL 2.0 system is done.
