Shotguns are specialized weapons. their primary use is for door breaching, although some players like the close range knockdown potential of these weapons.
BENELLI M1 TACTICAL: Primarily used as a breaching weapon when loaded with slugs.
SPAS-12: Probably the most fun weapon in the game, the SPAS-12 cannot be loaded with slugs, but in return offers full-auto firing capabilities. This is a great weapon for clearing small to medium sized rooms with multiple targets, but it takes a long time to reload the weapon shell by shell.
